Basically, our apps do not read personal information from the device.
Only the approximate location of the user (i.e., from which country the user is accessing the site from) is obtained on a case-by-case basis, as it is necessary for server selection. Other than that, we do not collect or store any other personal information.
* We use Google ads plugin, and we are not able to confirm the detailed handling of this data, so please check Google privacy policy, etc. if necessary.
[ Account Information ]
Our application does not have an account creation function, nor does it have an email address or password.
The data sent to us is managed by a unique ID assigned to each download. All users are anonymous.
[ Game play data ]
The data is encrypted and stored on the device. It is automatically deleted when the application is uninstalled.
Data shared by users is transmitted and stored anonymously on the server.
The data is automatically deleted when the storage period expires.
- Player thumbnail images: 1 year
- Replay videos & viewing records: 1 week
- NEW Parks & PICK Parks: Irregular (manually deleted after each selection period)
- Custom park visit record: 3 months
- Error information: 1 year
- Billing Information: 10 years
If you wish to delete these records as well, please send deletion request with your UserID (upper right corner of the Settings dialog) to info@drsv.jp
